Nevin Bilali designs at the intersection of memory, community, and the future. As an architect, urban strategist, and co-founder of Dalmat Architecture, she treats public spaces not just as physical areas, but as living, breathing cultural canvases. During her time as the Director of Design for the Municipality of Tirana, she helped weaving storytelling into landmark urban transformations like Skanderbeg Square, Pazari i Ri, and the Ismail Kadare House Studio Museum.
