
Federico Rossi
Architect & Co-Founder at FONDAMENTA
Federico Rossi (b. 1987, Como, Italy) studied Architecture at the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio and KTH Stockholm, graduating in 2012. He co-founded OSA (2012) and co-published ATLAS: How We Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Tradition (2013). From 2013 to 2015, he worked at Christian Kerez’s office in Zurich, leading an international project, and from 2015 to 2019, he served as teaching assistant at ETH Zurich. In 2016, he co-founded FONDAMENTA. In 2018, he co-led PROJECT BERLIN – 200,000 Housing Units for Berlin at ETH, and in 2019, co-directed the ETH studio PANORAMA: 14 Views on Contemporary Architecture. In 2022, he was appointed Academic Guest at ETH Zurich, where he led the master’s course Studio Fondamenta: The Economy of the Project at the invitation of Christian Kerez.
