Architect and COO of ACE Works
Marco Ciccone is an Italian architect and urbanist based in Florence, Italy. He is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and co-founder of ACE, a multidisciplinary design and engineering firm specializing in architectural design development, structural and MEP engineering, BIM modeling, and project management. ACE collaborates with architects and designers to transform creative ideas into built environments across various sectors, including luxury retail, hospitality, and residential projects. Marco’s expertise lies in early-stage design, conceptualization, and the integration of innovative tools and processes to enhance project delivery. He is also actively involved in academia, having lectured at the School of Design at Politecnico di Milano, sharing his professional experiences with the next generation of designers.
