Franck Boutté, founder and chairman of Atelier Franck Boutté, studied civil engineering at the École des Ponts ParisTech before training at the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris-Belleville. His studio brings together hybrid profiles including engineers, architects, urban planners, and researchers, working on environmental issues at the building, urban, and regional scale, with a strong emphasis on research, development, and innovation.
In 2022, Franck Boutté received the Grand Prix de l’Urbanisme, awarded by the French Ministry of Ecology and the Ministry of Energy Transition for his pioneering contribution to environmental engineering in architecture, urbanism, and regional planning.
