Eva Torrents – Salt Guest

Eva Torrents is the founder and CEO of Dívik, a communication and marketing consultancy she founded in 2008. She began her career as a journalist, spending ten years telling stories, asking questions, and developing a strong understanding of communication and storytelling, where she learned that meaningful communication requires not only narrative, but also strategy and purpose. This perspective led her to study business and marketing before moving into corporate communications as Head of Communications and Marketing for the Girbau industrial group. Through Dívik, she has supported entrepreneurs, companies, and creative projects in aligning their identity, actions, and communication strategies around a clear sense of purpose. At the end of 2023, she intentionally paused her consultancy work to lead and develop the communications, public relations, fundraising, and visitor services department for La Fageda, an experience she describes as deeply human and transformative. She is passionate about combining strategy, communication, and innovation, creating meaningful connections between people and organizations, facilitating conversations that generate value, and moderating corporate events. Currently, she focuses on facilitating innovation management systems for purpose-driven companies and projects.
