Freek Persyn is a Belgian architect and co-founder of the Brussels-based firm 51N4E, established in 1998. Renowned for his commitment to social and urban transformation, Persyn’s work emphasizes adaptive reuse and participatory design processes. Notable projects include the Skanderbeg Square in Tirana, Albania, and the redevelopment of the World Trade Center towers in Brussels’ Northern Quarter.
