Irina Branko – Panelist

Irina Branko is an architect and academic based in Tirana, Albania. She holds a PhD in Architecture and Urban Planning and is a lecturer at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, where she teaches in the Department of Urbanism. Her work focuses on landscape, urban transformation, and the relationship between cities and natural environments, with a particular interest in Tirana and the wider Albanian context. Her research explores informal settlements, public space, sustainable urban development, and the role of landscape as a design and analytical tool in contemporary urbanism.
