Joana Lazarova works on communication, business development, and editorial projects within architecture and urban design. She collaborates closely with architectural practices, designers, and cultural institutions, shaping the communication of complex building projects.She specializes in guiding architectural teams through competitions and strategic opportunities, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and supporting projects from early concept to final delivery. She is currently overseeing projects with community, cultural, and social impact, including Centre Pompidou 2030, Backyard Community Club in Accra, and Star Homes in Tanzania. Joana has served as the International Press Officer for the 6th Lisbon Architecture Triennale and as a fellow of Domaine du Boisbuchet. Her work and writing have been published internationally in publications such as Mark, Wallpaper*, The Architectural Review, and A’A’. She is also a recipient of the Helmut Richter-Gedächtnispreis award for the Haduwa Arts & Culture Institute in Ghana, designed by FA foreign affairs.
