Director and Co-Founder of Cecilia Puga – Paula Velasco Arquitectura
Paula Velasco is a Chilean architect trained at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds an MSc in Emergent Technologies and Design from the Architectural Association School of Architecture. She is a faculty member at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where she leads research and design studios focused on advanced architectural methodologies and design exploration. Her work includes award-winning projects such as the restoration of Palacio Pereira, the renovation of Casona de Pirque, infrastructure projects for Queulat National Park, the Chile Pavilion for Expo Dubai 2020, and the Valparaíso Regional Archive. She co-leads the practice Cecilia Puga – Paula Velasco Arquitectura, focusing on research-driven and technologically informed architectural design across different scales.
