
Ron Arad
Founder of Ron Arad Architects
Ron Arad is a British-Israeli industrial designer, architect, and artist renowned for his innovative and sculptural approach to design. He studied at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem and the Architectural Association in London. In 1981, he co-founded the design studio One Off with Caroline Thorman, and in 1989, he established Ron Arad Associates. In 2008, he founded Ron Arad Architects, focusing on architectural and urban design projects. His notable works include the Design Museum Holon in Israel and the ToHA Towers in Tel Aviv. Arad’s work is characterized by experimentation with materials and forms, often blending art and design.
