Dan Handel is a curator, writer, and researcher focused on architecture, design, and contemporary built environments. He was the inaugural Young Curator at the Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA) in Montreal and previously served as curator of architecture and design at the Israel Museum. Handel has curated exhibitions for institutions including the Venice Biennale, Het Nieuwe Instituut, and the CCA. He is the author of Designed Forests: A Cultural History (2024), and his writing has appeared in leading architecture and design publications.
